The forms, spreadsheets, presentations, and any other document provided by Nicolette Management LLC were created by Nicolette Management for the use of their staff. These documents became so useful that we made them available for other Consultants as well. The forms, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents will be customized to your unique brand as long as you provide the color codes, logos, images, qr codes, and any/all specifications for how those customizations should look. You will receive a proof of the forms, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents for you to approve. You will be given the option for one additional edit, provided it is in the detail, and not a major change.
The client will have a consultation with a Nicolette Management Specialist to discuss the wants and needs of the client. They will discuss the specifics of how the client wants the documents customized. The client will provide the Specialist with an email that includes details of what the project should look like, including color codes, logos, images, qr codes, and any/all specifications for the clients wishes. This should be based on what would best suit the client. Customization options include carriers, affiliates, partners, pay sources, pay structures, company branding, and much more.
A 50% non-refundable security deposit will be paid upfront and the remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and client receipt of the finished product. This will be paid at the beginning of the consultation. There are no exceptions.
Nicolette Management LLC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason. We do not tolerate badgering of our employees. If at any time your behavior is deemed inappropriate, your contract will be terminated. Your security deposit will not be refunded. You will not receive your final product.

In the event that the client changes their mind about the purchase of the product, a cancellation is required in writing to be sent to Cancellation@NicoletteManagement.com. Creation of their product will cease immediately. The security deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance will not be due.
In the event that the client is unhappy with their purchase, they have the option to 1 no cost consultation (30 min max) to "fix" the errors they're unhappy with. Any additional time spent on customizations will be bill to the client at a rate of $50 per 30 minute call AND $25 per document that requires editing. This is not negotiable.
